A suburban village of affordable housing, this development consists of 129 units with a community center on 6.29 acres and a density of 21 detached homes per acre. Unit types range from one to four bedroom townhouses. Six of these four bedroom units are set up for day care facilities.

One of the unique aspects of this high-density design is its approach to the site as a collection of detached single-family homes. Variations in setbacks, rooflines, colors, and in such details as the window boxes, trellises, balconies, and garden gates reinforce the individual identity of each unit.

The site is given a variety of spatial experiences and vistas by the contrast of tighter well-defined spaces with larger, more open areas all organized around a pedestrian way, the “round walk."
